I have used a kit something like that, for get who makes it.
I will tell you make sure you get more of the cutters, the 2 ended part, if you have a lot of welds to cut.
I had a tooth or 2 break off on 2 or 3 them from it skipping off the spot weld or not going in straight.
As I said I had a LOT of spot welds to drill out. A bunch on 2 firewalls to do a swap and on the bed to make it a short bed.
I will see if I can get the who makes it and I was vary happy how it worked.

For a few more dollars over the Eastwood one and I can tell it is a lot better made, you get 3 cutters (EW only 2) and 2 drill bits that helps remove the "weld" (EW has no drill and you then need to go a lot more grinding to remove the "weld").
I also used a spring loaded center punch so the drill bit would stay on the spot weld.
The other thing that works great is the panel spliter.
Brace under floor pans I drilled the spot welds on
And I "spot welled" back thru the holes
AC Firewall I drilled out
Welled thru the spotwelds
As you can tell I drilled a lot of spot welds.

Not sure about the quality of the ones from Eastwood --- I've been using Malco (home building / roofing tools manufacturer) spot weld cutters and they're pretty decent quality, last.
I'd echo the general lack of quality in ANYTHING I have bought with Eastwood's label on it. I haven't used their spot weld cutters, but can only assume one would be safer in avoiding them based on various other tools of theirs I have seen/tried.
