I thought I saw a thread here about this but I cant find it. Im about to do my first rotation a 5Gs and my question is... Is there a secret to removing and replacing the hub caps without damaging them? I have the 20 Machined cast wheels. And although I should just look it up... While were here what is the torque for these wheels?

They're pretty tough, steel spring clips on each lug. I just get in there with a screw driver or other implement and get them started, the trick is getting them out enough so they don't snap back on.
Going back on the palm of your hand, or make a fist and use the meat toward your little finger works to tap the edges, make sure they seat completely or they'll end up in the ditch. Tried a mallet but my hand is the best tool for reinstallation.
There is a square cut-out on the caps to insert your tool of choice to pry them off. I take a large flat-head screwdriver and wrap a small towel around it so you don't gouge the $1,400 20" wheels. Once you get it started, you can pull it off by hand. Installing them back is just as easy, as NSTORM mentioned, line up the lug nuts to the cap and give it a palm punch.
