Rear bumper height please!???

Just wondering, what was the rear stock bumper height of a Stock Explorer??? Any year, just let me know which year it is. I'm posting this for a friend and his Ex has been lifted since he bought it. He just needs to know the stock height from ground of the rear bumper where the tow ball would mount on that bumper.
Would anyone mind getting out the tape measure and checking for us?

OK OK, So I got off my butt and measured it for you, since no one else would. Both the 99 and 97 are aprox. 18" from hitch mount to the ground.

On a '92, it's 18.5 inches from the hitch to the ground.
