Another frame question

I have sourced a local frame for sale the guy has it advertised as a 1974 F250 frame but it has front coils. I thought f250s came with leaf springs front and back? Am I wrong?

F250 4WD's came with leaf springs front and back.

1965 and later F250 2WD's have Twin-I-Beam coil spring front suspension with leaf spring rear suspension.

1959 and later F250 4WD's have front & rear leaf spring suspension.
