where is that PCV elbow?

where is that PCV elbow?
I got a Dorman 46022 for a 2003 4.2 so I know what the PCV elbow looks like but I put my left hand on the back of the engine and dont feel anything that seems right so I put my hand around the right back there. Still dont feel anything that seems right. Where is that fitting?
