Anyone know how to program a Keyless/engine start Fob?
I cant find anywhere online how to program my new 2018 F250 keyless/push start key fob. All sites only give me information if I have to insert a key into ignition which my truck is push start.

The info on how to program a new key is in the owners manual.
However, if you don’t have (2) two working fobs, the only way you’ll be able to program a third one or in your case a new one, you’re going to have to go to a locksmith that has the proper equipment to program it or you’re going to have to go to a Ford dealer.
Either way, you’re also going to have to take your vehicle with you as well so the new fob can be programmed.
These instructions are likely different than what is in the manual but I have used them for a 2019 F350 and 2019 Expedition.
You must have two previously programmed intelligent access keys inside your vehicle and the new unprogrammed intelligent access keys readily accessible.
Make sure that your vehicle is off before beginning this procedure. Make sure that you close all the doors before beginning and that they remain closed throughout the procedure. Perform all steps within 30 seconds of starting the sequence. Stop and wait for at least one minute before starting again if you perform any steps out of sequence.
Read and understand the entire procedure before you begin.
1. Remove the key blade from the transmitter. (not sure why it says this, I have never taken the blade out)
2. Remove the tray and the cover from the center console. With the buttons facing upward, place the first intelligent access key in the backup slot.
3. Press the push button ignition switch.
4. Wait five seconds and then press the push button ignition switch again.
5. Remove the intelligent access key.
6. Within 10 seconds, place a second programmed intelligent access key in the backup slot and press the push button ignition switch.
7. Wait five seconds and then press the push button ignition switch again.
8. Remove the intelligent access key.
9. Wait five seconds, then place the unprogrammed intelligent access key in the backup slot and press the push button ignition switch. Programming is now complete.
Check that the remote control functions operate and your vehicle starts with the new intelligent access key.
If programming was unsuccessful, wait 10 seconds and repeat steps 1 through 7.
I was having a difficult time programming my e-bay intelligent fob. Timing was the issue, i was taking too long. manual states you have finish the entire sequence within 30 seconds. Using a stop watch app on my phone I followed the manual's procedure and it worked great.
Thats much more helpful. Although the Ford instructions seem straightforward enough, it changes when it doesn't work for you the first 4 or 5 times and you start questioning things. Like why firstly, tt says to "remove the key blade from the remote" then doesn't mention it for the next 2 and why it calls the remote the remote then the next line it calls it the intelligent access key. You start to wonder if the intelligent access key is the key blade or the remote. Also FOMOCO inst. offer no clues wether the programming is progressing or not like the member said it will show up on the dash and then lock unlock at the end. those details are helpful. You also question what "off" is with the retained acc power the damn thing is never easy to turn off per se. But I guess in the end they would rather you go to the dealer anyways. And by the way I couldn't find programming instructions in my 20' manual it says if you want to replace or add another remote go to your friendly dealer.
oh and the following comment about the stopwatch was key for me.The first time I just used the stopwatch for the 5 second periods, but like he said the real problem is the overall 30 seconds. You have to be on the ball between fulfilling the 5 seconds and swapping out the remotes or you'll easily go over the 30 sec. limit. With that in mind I would say doing 4 remotes in 30 sec. should be a new olympics event!
