Still don't understand the resistance to diagnostic software and pressure gauges. Can't get past it, or the avatar.

Hi Guys
Here are the responses to your thoughts.
low on oil or air in system.... Oil is high and I have put two tanks through the new injectors already
low fuel pressure.... I will have to check this
injector orings....... Brand new Injectors so new O rings.
IPR or orings...... New IPR
bad ICP........ Will check this
bad BARO..... I dont know this acronym
bad MAP.... Will check
EBPV stuck closed......... Cleared and new sensor
faulty IDM wiring...... Checked no chaffing found
weak HPOP...... Will check
I also replaced the Valve Cover Gaskets and wiring.
Let me know if there is anything else to check.

disconnect electrical connector on ICP and see if any change in idle and see if better on a road test
BARO barometer under the steering wheel. Mine was reading 10k above sea level an defueling me. deleted since I am at sea level.
