We are just about to ready to release the "TP Charting Tool" for public scrutinizing and testing, but we need some more log data samples to try and break the tool first. Tugly is going to send us a couple when he has a free moment away from real life, but the more the merrier!
So, if you have a .csv file of a TP log, AE, CTS2 or whatever with any sort of data on it, we would love to have it. It doesn't matter if it is 5 years old or anything, just need some more samples...
You can email it to me or upload it directly here and I will download it. You can hit me up via PM and we will figure something out on how you can get it to me. We want to see if we can break the PID Charting Tool or if the PID Charting Tool turns multiple data logs into a visually appealing chart that even a 2 year old would smile at.
Thanks for your assistance in creating the PID Charting Tool!
TP logs received and will be tested to try and break the TP Charting Tool. I have some more testing to do with Libre Office to see if it is a viable option for "free" software, but that will take another couple of days.
I hope to have something on the FTE by early next week.
If anyone else has a single or multiple TP logs, I am still open and willing to accept them. My goal is to break the TP Charting Tool prior to it going public so that the public don't have to worry or experience it breaking.
Please see the first post in this thread for methods of getting one or many TP logs to me!
It can be any data logging software in .csv format! I know that Forscan uses a proprietary file labeled ".fsl" which will not work unless we can figure out a way to convert it to .csv.
If you have another form of .csv data log, please let me know what program/app it came from.
I am shooting you a PM with my email address now so that you can send them via email or send me the link to where you may have them hosted online. Or, they can be attached here in this thread, whichever.
That should work - at least we'd like to check it out. I see from the CTS user guide it's a csv, though it may have more than 10 PIDs. I've limited the charting tool to 10 PIDs for now. Might need to expand that.

@Markus Luukko I had forgotten about the CTS2, but a .csv from that scanner would be much appreciated. I sent you a PM with my email address or you can attach it here and I will see what we can get going.

We are getting very close!
Sorry it didn't work. I have some software for work that can read/convert a fair amount of files but it just opened those the same as notepad does.

It is a bummer... I tried a few different methods as well and kept coming up with alien language. I found some information on the interwebs about saving the Forscan log as a .csv instead of a .fsl, but nothing concrete that it could be done or has been done.
