I have tried to search on thos topic with no luck. I have a 1967 f100 that had a standard transmission, it has a automatic in it now. I have a 69 parts truck, my question is will the automatic brake assembly out of the 69 bolt directly into my 67?
My understanding is that auto/manual pedal assemblies are interchangeable. However, there are differences between '67 pedal assemblies and '68-'72 pedal assemblies.

1967 F100/350: Brake and clutch pedals, bracket under the dash they suspend from, are 1967 only!
1968/72 F100/350 use a different brake & clutch pedal, bracket under the dash they suspend from.
1967 F100/350 use one year only master cylinders, power brake boosters, brake pressure differential valves, low brake fluid warning lamp switch and the brake (stop) lamp switch.
You cannot use a 1968/72 brake lamp switch on a 1967 pedal, because the 1967 switch not only looks completely different, but mounts completely different.
