AM Radio Reception Problem

AM Radio Reception Problem
When I turn the lights on the AM radio reception goes crazy. It sounds like a space ship movie with pulsating noises coming from the speakers and muffled speech. My truck is a 2003 6.0L PSD. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks..

Right, because the AM reception is good when the lights are not on. I was wondering if it might be a ground or antenna problem. I plan on carrying it back to the dealer when the oil change is due and if I have no resolution by then I will get the dealer to check it out.
