Yes, there are FM signal boosters. I haven't used one in a long time, but they require power and usually give 3-9dB boost in gain. Do you have one specific Freq your after or the whole range? The antenna you have should be tuned for the middle of the Freq range, say around 98mHz (88-108mHz range). If you play with it some, you can tune the antenna to 1/4 wave of your freq and you might pick up a little gain.
