Ok, heater hoses are hooked up, two hoses together high on passenger side. That's the heater core they connect to. The housing will be behind your glovebox. If you remove the box an the liner you can see what youre doing. Cover comes off the housing. Unhook hoses(this is a great time to flush the cooking system.) And pull the core out from inside the cab. Usually a pretty tight fit to wiggle it out of there. Not too difficult. I'd drain the radiator before I pulled the hoses. Should be plenty of write-ups on here for removing the core and flushing the system. I'd openhe housing first just to confirm. It'll be obvious if it's leaking.
Now as to that other tube. I'm going to say it's part of the AC system. That will be the AC coil. Just like the heater core, but cold. Located next to it. Can't be sure but it looks like a hoses are Hooked up and that coolant isn't actually running out just running off of but I can't see for sure. Just a guess.
The glove box comes out pretty easy, two screws to remove the lanyards then the "box is just three screws on the bottom. I use a swiss army knife with the Phillips bit at 90degrees because of space restrictions but a no 2 Phillips bit in a 1/4 socket will work too.
That will help you get to the box from the inside.
If I was you I would pull that carpet and any other fabric/insulation back until it is dry. That jute is a sponge and will keep that moisture on the metal and give you rust problems down the road.
I have a feeling your heater core has a pin hole or two in it and is filling your heater box up with coolant, which is then seeping out everywhere. Its not going to drain the tank right away but will cause a mess over time.

Interesting.. I will look into that! Are heater cores hard to come by if it needs to be replaced? And what should I use to seal up the area where the wiring harness goes into the cab? Thats my main concern on top of what do I need to do with that “tube” that is leaking onto my wiring harness?
Heater core is a common part all parts houses should stock them if not they can get them in quick. Did mine a year ago, I feel like it was around $30 but been so long I can't remember.
Can you take a picture of that tube that's leaking and show the surrounding area so we can identify it.

So you actually have an open tube leaking? I thought that was a bolt at first.
As far as sealing any gas or oil resistant sealant should be OK, push it back and and clean the area really good with like IPA. Butyl sealant may be best. You can get it in a tape/putty form.
Ill let other chime in on that as I have not sealed a fire wall.
Here is a VIDEO on youtube, I think this kid is hilarious. Either way it may be helpful. I did mine a year ago in August. I got mine on Amazon here is another LINK
Yeah Ive watched 95% of these guys videos! They are pretty good.

I'm thinking it is the AC condensation drain.
Excess coolant must be leaking from it.
Yeah I was thinking it was a drain of some sort after talking to my father in law last night. I think after I fix the heater core it will stop leaking maybe?
It is the condensate drain for the AC.
It just happens that your leaking heater core is also using that drain.
Most of the time they leak inside and gets soaked up by the rug.
And yes once the core is replaced nothing should come out that drain but condensate when the AC is on.

Okay so the other night I installed a new heater core, but my phone died right when i started and I couldnt charge it at the time... So unfortunately I dont have any pictures to show you guys of the install. However, when I got to my old heater core there was a green puddle underneath it, and the heater core looked trashed! When I pulled it out the liquid that came out was brown! Makes me wonder if I should flush my coolant and put all new stuff in it. All I have picture wise right now is a few pictures of the old heater core!
