I like the 08 mirrors from 1A Auto. One benefit of the turn signal in the mirror is people actually see it, so it can make lane changing easier in heavy traffic......or harder if the person in the next lane see it and speeds up to shut you off which does happen.

I had the Orginal tow mirror on the 2000 until last october when i was sideswiped. The messed the body but sheared the mirror off. I bought a set like the 2017 with a puddle light and led running/turn lights. I like the LED puddle light. I like the turn signal. The passenger side mirror has a large view but it times it seems to have a wave in it. My truck is an XL.It had none of that. i wired everything but thought it was PITA. I still have to hook up the heated mirror but have not brought myself to want to tackle it again. Maybe in the fall.

You guys make me sick. At this moment, I'm thinking I really should have held off when I bought my 2012 takeoffs. Granted, they are full power glass, power folding, power extending, side markers, and heated.... but I paid $425 for them when I got them, and have stupidly left them in the box since they arrived. Today's A1 equally capable lights are still more than what I paid for the takeoffs (less than 100 miles on them), but I should have never bought until ready to install. They are going on the truck very soon so I can finally enjoy the lower blind spot and folding capabilities!
