'07 4.6 running lean

My daughter's '07 SCAB 4x4 with the 4.6 keeps throwing codes for lean bank 1 and 2. We've replaced the MAF sensor, tried a different throttle body, replaced the intake manifold gaskets (for coolant leaks) as well as several COPs and all the plugs. The fuel pressure at the injectors seems fine (my buddy tested them with his SnapOn tool). We also haven't found any vacuum leaks. The only other thing I can think of might be O2 sensors. Any other ideas before I throw more money at it? I tried searching but didn't find my exact issue.

What is the fuel pressure according to your buddy's SnapOn tool?

Did you check for freeze frame data so you can see what the operating conditions are when the code is set?

The codes are based on long term fuel table shifts.
Since you have codes for both banks, there is unaccounted for air the Ox sensors are detecting both banks.
It's not the Ox sensor.
That means the issue is common to all cylinders.
Intake tract vacuum leak, lean fuel.
You just have not found the source, look more and at any hoses or fittings that have access to the intake tract.
Good luck.

I don't recall what the actual pressure was, but it showed each individual injector had pressure within specification, according to the Ford software.
I'll keep looking for vacuum leaks... This seems like the most likely culprit.
