4.6 Running lean
I have a 96 Merc 4 door. Im getting codes 1171,1174 lean on bolth banks,a bad hesitation off idle and it boogs when you try to take off when its first started.I have replaced plugs,wires,fuel filter,and one o2 sensor which was showing a code.Checked the fuel pressure getting about 32 idle,open the throttle gets me about 42 have not checked it under driving conditions yet.Also I have sprayed out the MAF whitch had no effect.Car has about 65,000 mi.Hoping somene can point me towards a cure before I buy a bunch of components I dont need.Thanks

Check for vacuum leaks. Not just hoses but intake manifold and gasket etc. Post again if you need "how to" check for vacuum leaks. Let us know how it go.
