rotor/axle interchange

Does anyone know if a 2009 f150, 2wd front rotors will fit on a similar year E series van? Or if rear axles interchange. What I am after is bigger wheels for the van and more options for wheels.

Well no nothing will swap.The E Series was never offered in a metric 6 lug pattern. There is no viable usable parts between the vehicles.
