Windshield wipers working, slowly.
The wipers work normally for about 6-8 strokes, then they slow, and slow more. they move, stop half way up, keep moving and go down, sit for maybe 7 seconds and repeat slowly, they seem to work quicker if you press the button for the windshield washer, but its hard to drive in the rain constantly pressing the button.
The truck is 86 F150 Lariat. it sat for a while before i purchased it and ive had to replace lots in it already. 2 fuel pumps/filter, starter, alternator, thermostat, the wipers themselves.

I, too, suspect the motor is weak. Just as a zero cost test, why not remove the passenger side wiper arm and repeat your procedure described in the 1st post. This will reduce the load by 50%.
