Looks like you have an answer waiting in: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ford-f150.html

It's hard to chase an issue when it is posted in two places.

It looks like the "mechanics" you've sent it to aren't very good at fixing this vehicle. Swapping all of those parts is really expensive and probably unnecessary. A good mechanic wouldn't leave you with a non-starting car when it arrived running.

At this point it would be useful for us to know more about the vehicle:

How many miles are on it?

How many miles have you put on it?

How many miles on the spark plugs that are in it?

What engine does it have?

Manual or automatic transmission?

Any major damage/flooding/etc.?

Also:

What is the fuel pressure with ignition on and engine off?

What is the fuel pressure with the engine idling?

Is a mechanic still working on it or do you have it back?

the "rubber" in the electrical connector is a seal against moisture... You might have to replace them if they are swelled... Pull the rubber OFF and install as a TEST.. You need the actual CODE you are getting and the MOTOR SIZE to get a little more response.. Bad electrical connections can cause the same problems you have related to COILS and INJECTORS.
