Hey guys, picked up my 2019 f250 xlt 6.2l ccsb last Monday. Absolutely love it! Had a question...not sure if this is something I'm over looking or they are out, but my interior lights dont come on when the doors open. Is this something that can be turned on and off? Or are they all like this? Thanks for the help in advance!!!

 

Mine (Lariat) has a button near the rearview mirror that turns the interior lights off. I leave them off most of the time, the truck puts on enough of a light show without them.

 

Yeah, the buttons for the interior lights are not the greatest. I think it’s the center button that turns them off when the door is open. Mine glows orange when it’s on (meaning the lights are off). The other day I turned on the interior lights in the drive thru. Kids in the back turned theirs off from the back seat. I then turned off the front lights with the switch. The front lights went off and the back ones came on. I hit it again and the front ones turned on and the back ones went off. The only way to correct it was to cycle the lights from the back seat and sync them again. I miss my 04!

What Nashville said. Reading the manual is not always fun, but you can sure learn a lot about your truck. To make it easier, download the online manual so you can just search it.

 

I found results in the 2017 manual but not the 2019 version. WTH is Ford doing??? Please correct me with the page in the 2019 manual.
