79 f100 brake pedal

I'm really glad this post came up, I have a 75 F350 with a pedal that seems too high, it has power brakes but it has the D3TA-CA manual brakes pedal, my pedal is about 7 1/2" from the floor, dont know if that is normal or not, I have had three 73-79 trucks and this is the only one that the pedal seems high.

I may have the same problem too, my truck is a 1979 f150 4x4 with power brakes and without speed control. The pedal number that's in it currently is d8ta-2455-ta from what I can make out. Is this the right pedal ? Thanks alot

I am sure NumberDummy can answer your questions but you may need to start your own post with make model an year an last 6 digits of vin
