So on Monday I called them and got a message like I had called after business hours. No opportunity to leave a message. Funny though. It said to call back. Why? Will someone actually answer the damn phone. Why did I call? To see why their computer wouldn't take my non American Express cc. So I used a different card and placed the order. Then I realized I needed another part so I went back online and placed that order. Their site says you will receive an acknowledgement 2-3 days after the order is placed. So it is 4 and I haven't heard from them.
So the question is are these folks just poor business people or are they really screwed up? Anybody have any dealings with them? Oh, and I just tried to call them to see if my order was placed. Got that same message again.

Thanks!

Is this Early Ford Store in San Dimas? I've been there many times, but never ordered anything.
Update. Got home from the working on the caboose and checked my mail and there were my parts. Still no answer to either e-mail and no e-mail per their web site. They will go on my naughty list.
I used to work for Bill (the owner), when he ran the used parts at CW Moss, many years ago. Bill is an older guy with a knowledge of cars and parts like few in this world have. He is however old school!! I know computers are not his thing, and he still uses a flip phone!! I'm not defending the store or their actions, I am just relaying that they are good and extremely knowledgeable people. I don't know why they didn't answer their phone, that seems unusual.

Didn't Bill used to work for Harold Looney? Looney bought most of the used and new parts when Valley Ford Obsolete sold out.
Summer 1985, I worked for Valley on Saturdays, sorting and putting in parts bins the huge pile of parts that came from El Monte Ford. I got to visit some of these parts again at Early Ford.
The last time I was there, Bill's son was running the show.
