HELP identifying Wires

First off the truck is 2006 4.6

So i go out this morning and start the truck, its running really rough, so i pop the hood and some F???ing animal has chewed wires in a few places. I have identified all the other wires except the ones in the pic. Does any one know where those wires go?

Thanks

What are the actual wire colors? Can't make them out from the photos.

I would have to double check but it looks like the pigtail for the cylinder head temp sensor. Should be on the side of the head under the intake manifold.

Yeah, that's what I was angling for. Wanted a better handle on the wire colors before getting that specific.

If you start it you should get a trouble code for any sensor with damaged wiring. That might help you at least narrow things down a bit.

I got it all fixed and the next day they got me again. They got the number 8 injector and the oxygen sensor on the main wire

Looks like the only way to to fix that is the remove the intake so I can get to the all the wiring in the back.dam squirrels. I also got a bunch of different animal repellents, I hope that will keep them away.

Go buy a large bag of peanuts and put them out in your yard away from your vehicles. I do this and the squirrels never bother my vehicles, also the peanuts are a lot cheaper than the repairs. It seems they like the taste of the peanuts a lot more than wire insulation.

I've replaced ad armored wire harness sections as well as fuel lines in places. Took my '77 to get inspected, and all lights worked the day before but when inspector lookd, none oftal lights worked, I had to go home and replace wiring across rear under tailgate it was so badly chewed up. Once found pack of wires nearly all chewed through at my '07's FPDM, one wire had just one strand left intact. The critters also got into the fuel lines. I adapted and replaced with copper.
