E350 Digital Odometer & Speedo

E350 Digital Odometer & Speedo
Just purchased a 1993 E350 w/12' box, and the speedo & digital display quit working on the way home & has not been working since. I have checked all the fuses, but I am not sure if these even run off a fuse.?.
Any help you can offer would be great.

Also, when I start the truck I have to turn o/d off before I put it into gear. Once I am up around 60 or so, I can shift it back in.....but for some reason I have to turn it off or the truck doesn't want to go anywhere. A real pain especially since the "o/d off" light does not work.
