Front brakes

I need to replace the front pads and I'm thinking of replacing with a set of Ceramic pads. The only thing I've heard is that you have to replace the rotors. I was just going to have them turned unless I have to use a different type of rotor. Also, what brands are everyone using. I've looked at the raybestos but what else is there.

I know NAPA has ceramic pads. I don't know about having to change rotors or not. I'm thinking you don't have to, but I've never looked into ceramic pads because of their price, so I don't know for sure.

You shouldn't have to change rotors, but you have to check with the manufacturer reccomendation first. I know some people that have had good success with Hawk pads on the street. They LOVE them. Cheers.
