IAT Trouble

I have a 2003 Ford Expedition with the 5.4 2V. I am get the code P0112 and P1112 for a fault with the sensor. I have tested the sensor and the temperature reading got as high 250 degrees. I am at a loss. Is there a wiring diagram available or have any of you guys experienced this issue.

Thanks in advance

So you tested the sensor and the reading got up to 250. Why would you not replace it?

Those two codes don’t indicate a fault with the IAT sensor, but with a fault with the IAT sensor circuit, which includes the sensor. Is the IAT sensor connector fully connected? And are the connector pins clean, straight, and tight?
With the key in the on position, do you have ~5.0 volts on the grey/red wire at the IAT connector?
Also check pin 19 of the PCM connector for clean and tight.
The P1112 code is indicating an intermittent IAT reading.

I checked the voltage at the connector with the key on and it was 1v or less. Does anyone have a diagram of the pin outs?
