I was stumped also. I just googled this and it says if you have the 4" screen you can zoom in and out by pressing the OK button on the control panel. Guess what I will be doing later.
The zoom works great. Makes hitching up a breeze. Zoom is second button from the right under the screen.
Not to hijack, but do the aftermarket head units retain the zoom feature? Not knowing is what's keeping me from upgrading head unit from my little screen. Factory 4.3 screen works great hitching up.

The small screen with zoom is perfect for left to right alignment. I struggled with getting forward and back closer than an inch, But know I just video call my wife's cell phone, she switches to the camera on the back of the phone and points it to the trailer hitch, Now I can line up close enough every time to drop right in place without the verbal a little forward, now a little back we used to do .
