Turbo build

Hey all!
I decided to rebuild my old Ford f-150 that has been sitting out on the farm for a while now. It origionally had 430xxx miles before it went to the machine shop. I wanted to post what I am up to in hopes someone will see what I am doing and give me some advice or inspiration. My build is very unique to say the least and I will add pictures as soon as I can. Build list is below. Let me know if you see any components that are a no go.
I would love some guesses at HP too! that's always fun.

Engine:
- D.S.S. E forged pistons 8723-4030 Dish with valve relief .030 over (I know this is slightly lower compression but turbo will make up for this and I want a easy starting engine)
- Crank and rods are stock
- Melling high volume oil pump M-68
- Howards cam hydraulic flat tappet (108 lobe seperation to help low compression engine act like high compression engine - .551 lift 272 duration)
-NGK iridium IX plugs (tr7IX/3690) It would be great to know if I am running the right plugs heat range 7
- Summit high output coil (sum-850507) 48,000v
-GT40P heads ported (that took FOREVER)
-75MM billet throttle body
-Water to air intercooler/ intake manifold ( hope this works )
-50mm blow off valve
-Stainless shorty header (port matched)
-HX35 turbo with internal dump valve
-Megasquirt CPU
-stock fuel system (let me know if what to do there)

The rest is fairly stock performance wise
20" rims and offroad 35" tires with spacers.

progress is coming along. I have a couple more wires to attach and pieces of hardware and I will get my first start up. I am breaking in the cam with the exhaust off but turbo on so the oil feed line doesn't spew oil all over the place. Charged my fuel lines and found a bad o ring.

o ring is replaced and water lines are ran to my water to air intercooler. I will add some pictures. Water tank is a mini keg. small hardware is really taking a toll on my budget. 80 dollar oil feed line. I will replace some components later on to clean up the look but for now I need to hear it roar. Alos replaced swau bay bushings. I have radius arm bushings but I dont know how involved replacing these are. Dont want to disconnect the drive drive shaft but looks like I have to. ANy one got some input or words of inspiration.

Still talking to myself here but holy crap chiltons manuals are only good for leveling the dining room table. I figured out my ballast resistors went bad. I swiped the wires and then tried to soder them back together and no spark. I tested the resistance and they are done for. The chiltons manual had all the wrong wire colors labeled on my tfi module. Also they dont even show the balast resistor off the coil. grrrr just wasted a week trying to figure out what the hell was wrong with my wires. also put a test lite to my coil power and the fuel pump turned on WTF. picking up ballasts tommorow and at it again. I am so ready to hear this thing roar.

SOOO... I had a stuck valve. I shoved a mile of rope down the spark plug hole and pulled the valve spring and broke it free.
With a shot of starting fluid I can get it to kick over but not stay running. I have enlarged the throttle body, cam and so on and believe it is not getting enough fuel with the stock setup, or the timing is not correct yet. I have a megasquirt but wanted to get it kicking first before switching over. Do I need to switch to get it running?

Fires with a bit of starting fluid but won't stay running. Thinking too much air not enough fuel (40lbs to rail and new gas need to confirm electrical) since 75mm throttle body and cam plus heads... Basically a lot more air in than before... I have an megasquirt unit I should be able to hook up and tune but hesitant because it introduces one more potential issue to check.

Hooked up my megasquirt which is the kit for this engine but.... When I swapped ecu my fuel pump did not turn on. I look up while trying to get laptop to connect and the ground to my tfi module is smoking hot. I run out and unplug the tfi module and fuel pump kicks on. WTF
