Can someone check their 4x4 f150? Mine is a 1992. I see that my signature with my trucks info is not posting from my phone.

Can anyone find a parts diagram that shows them and see if they are different part numbers? Because I swear mine looked the same on both sides.

The 2x4s at the salvage yard I checked had those pieces and your truck looks to be 2x4 the 87-91 2x4s were the same.
My 92 was the same as the 93 4x4 I looked at with unequal sides. Both mine and the 93 did not have the tooth at the bottom to clock it either.

I'm not sure what your calling a tooth, but everything you are looking at is stock except the 2" inch lift block. And I did replace the the spring insulator.
