Need Some 460 Help
Long story short, i have a 93 f350 460 with a 5 spd, runs on natural gas, wanna put it on pump gas, i have a plan just need someone who knows if i can actually do this or not. I was going to put a single tank in the rear, connect a switch setup in the truck to activate the fuel pump before i start it, run a carb, after that i should be ok... Adjust my plan or let me know if this is possible, also, should i get a new computer for it? It is a good truck just highly inconvenient for pulling sometimes due to the fact I don't wanna get stranded because it leaks gas when the truck is turned off whenever I forget to turn the gas off.

Does it currently have a propane carb on it?
To fix the propane leak, you could also fit a solenoid to shut it off- or fix or replace the one that's usually there in the first place!

I would rather swap it out to a pump gas carb and do my plan because it is a PAIN to go out and refill it. It is an old carb but it uses the gas properly when running, it just leaks out of the carb when sitting.
