Yes , Thank You very much. I was on the web site but its so hard to navigate. After about 12 pages I said to hell this this and got off. Guess I will call instead of getting aggravated the next time.
Just checked Dennis Carpenter they list 2 different ones for a 60 and give a different part number for both. Give them a call
There are no rear (back) door weatherstrips listed by Carpenter for 1957/60 F100 panels. The only 1957/60 weatherstrips listed are for the front doors, these are right and left specific.
The rear door weatherstrip pic in the 1957/63 Ford Truck Parts Catalog shows one weatherstrip for both sides and it's mounted on the body. Ford obsoleted it prior to 1970.
I've never found any OEM type and just used a generic type seal similar to the front door seals around each door. They were installed in 1975 when I built the truck and they still don't leak..
Hello, Could you guide me to a store or site to look for these seals. I live in a place that is 5 miles ahead and 50 years behind. You have to drive 35 miles one way to shop and buy things and still come home empty handed. So that leaves online stores or amazon if items are listed correctly. We used to drive 4 hours to jc whitney in Chicago and get everything we needed and were happy. But the stuff they had then is gone. Does any one sell this by the foot? What the difference between 56 panel doors and the 60 panel doors? Thank You All for your help
I wish I could be more help but back in 75 before the Interwebs I bought many things from a JC Whitney catalogue, they had weather stripping in a dozen different styles, I don't know who has it today. The 56 doors are more rounded corners on the top compared to ours being more square.
NumberDummy, Why do the make everything for GM products and we are left out in the cold? If 1960 was last year for the ford panel trucks why did GM continue making there panel trucks? The early 60 GM panels were good looking too. Dont know what the last year was for them. Guess people wanted a panel with windows and they built a suburban. If you used a mirror to back up, you would have been good to go. Later...

Ford replaced their Panel trucks with the Econoline. GM did not stop production of the Panel trucks till 1973 with the switch to the square body. Since they were building the Surburban a segment Ford did not enter till 1996 with the Expedition., it was easy enough for GM to make a non-passenger cargo-only version of the Suburban.
Thank You for the information, will start calling around and see what happens. Was on Steele,s website earlier this morning and seen a couple of links for extra items they make and sell. Guess I will take a second at the website tonite. Might take a few pics and measurements on the rear doors then have a idea for what I need and go from there.
