I want to say THANKS I asked for help for tunes as i,m having troubles with 1023 tunes. Can,t get thru to dusty anymore, mail box full no answers from my e-mails ect. This has been on going for over a month. I,m giving up. Any ways Celtus did answer with a very nice e-mail saying he was not writing tunes anymore. He is a very busy person & i respect his decision . & would like to say THANK YOU for replying to my request friskyjake.

Regarding 1023, as we understand it Dusty does NOT edit and modify the tunes as he did in the past. He has a tuner named Vaughn that works for him. Some people have had good experiences and others not so good with Vaughn. Maybe try getting in touch with him instead of Dusty directly.
There are others out there that are tuning. You don't have to get the full range of tunes from them, just the forward going ones you want. This will minimize your costs if you go this route.
If you share your use, upgrades and goals for the truck with us we can more than likely recommend a tuner for you. SDK, PHP (free with Hydra), Andrew Arthur, Jelibuilt, etc...
It would probably be best to start your own thread so that your questions and concerns don't get lost in the fray.

Hey man!! Sorry for not responding sooner. We've had some family health issues. BUT...I got the piston and it got it installed and all is perfect!! I can't thank you enough, bud!! I sure wish the world had more folks like you. I mean that sincerely!!
Hopefully, I'll get back at it and finish it up soon. I'll post a few pics when I get a chance. I painted the block. It's not pretty, but I used the only engine paint that I had. It's an Autumn Green. Haha!! Don't judge. At least it's clean looking though. Again, thank you so much!! That really helped a poor boy out!!
