Opinion needed on fresh alignment from ford.
Guy tells me after the alignment the steering wheel will stay right but drive straight after a right hand turn. And the steering wheel will stay in the middle and drive straight after a left hand turn.
Tells me that the rear end could be loose. Blocks, U bolts, anything of that nature.
Info to on the truck,
35” tires. Lift is unknown since I didn’t do it, but an educated guess would say between 4”-6”.
Mans there is a “clunk” from the rear end when I hit bumps. Could possibly be shocks since they look fairly stock. Front end has billestein piggy back style shocks.
As for a loose rear end... that would show in the thrust angle measurement and yours is almost perfect. Id be very skeptical about that statement... sound like you may have front end issues ( axle joints , ball joints or steering shaft).
Try another front end shop known for 4x4s and start from there is my recommendation.

I was thinking about that as well. I was also thinking a sticking ball joint. It might make it have memory steer.
If you separate the end joints from steering knuckle you can check for excessive resistance. Wheel off ground.
Wheel on ground on bearing plate (greased) less than 100 ft lbs required to turn.
+1 on caster observation. Can’t really read it in picture but all these fords drive better with caster on high side of spec.
