help, no upshifting
My original a4dl transmission in my 93 Areostar was shifting good, except very weak reverse. I bought a 1990 Areostar that the owner had lost the paperwork for which had a good transmission in it. I swapped the transmission myself (my first). After many hiccups I finally got forward gear going. No my issue is the tranny won't upshifting at all. I am a newbie and even with a manual for the transmission I am at a loss. Other than the shifter lever and the modulator I did not change anything else.
