power steering problem
Hi guys,
the power steering on my 77 F250 was getting worse, so I bought a seal kit and 'rebuild' the pump.
But that didn't help at all and added a permanent surring sound to the pump. Yes I bleeded the system for several minutes by steering with no weights on the wheels and the engine off.
The PS works (but not really good) when the RPM is around 1000.
I'm about to buy a new pump but wanted to see first if anyone has an idea what I can try or check.
