I don't mean to jump into your thread uninvited but WOW this is amazing information! I'll be able to use it myself in the very near future! Can you create an example URL with the time code added so we see how to format and add the start from time?

Actually, all you have to do is take the URL from the top of the YouTube page of the video you are watching and then at the end paste #t= and then the time you want to video to start at. So, lets say you want the video to start at 1 minute and 30 seconds in. It would look something like this...
YouTube URL#t=1m30s
If you wanted the video to start at 25 seconds in i would look something like this...
YouTube URL#t-0m25s
I hope this helps as it took me a few minutes to figure out with my GoogleFu.
