Ah, so just Insert Link and it gets recognized as a video. No separate video embed button like for Insert Image.

No replies needed.

Try this with Youtube.
Right click the video and "copy video url"

You should get something that looks more like this.
Then the forum software will handle it better.
The reason it shows up at test here is I added extra
spaces between HTTP: and the slashes //
