Yep. Last time I got a vehicle health check was 7/5 and ~1000 miles ago. I drive my truck daily with my phone inside hooked up to bluetooth on plugged into usb. It shouldn't be this hard.

It took about a week to have the points deducted. The dealership told me I was their first customer using points so they had to learn the process.

I think you're referring to your maintenance plan regarding your second statement.

What is the health check? I see a health report under glove box that can be viewed, it has no date though, says "no issues found".

I'm hoping this oil change gets deducted from my maintenance plan and not my rewards. I was expecting 2 oil changes from the maintenance plan but they show 4 in the computer associated with my VIN. She wasnt that familiar with FordPass and wasn't sure if that was a combination of both the plan and rewards (75k points).

I would think the rewards would be a separate process and be listed as points, not as a number of services. Guess I'll have to wait and see.

As much as we rag on service writers, I would never want their job. Too much to keep track of and too easy to be wrong.

The Ford Pass rewards doesn't automatically show free oil changes. The points are just a point system that is deducted when used (think frequent flyer miles).
