Need connector identification

Need connector identification

This connector terminates, like it has a cap on it.
If someone can help me help a friend, his 1995 f150 5.0 has a 7 wire connector that terminates at the driver side firewall next to the eec connector. What is it?

Not sure what how_ to check out, but was worried about the broken connection. I will assume its open in the cap anyway, will just tape it. After 4 hours trying to find this info,,,thanks so so much
