6 sp trans
I put a new trans in my 99 F350 . When I push the clutch it is disengaged from the motor. I put in neutral on let the clutch out it stalls out the motor. When I put in any gear the it just stalls out the motor.
I can shift with the clutch in but is like the transmission is locked up when I let it out.

It's because the transmission is locked between two gears. Re check the shifter installation. You have it wrong. It could be a shift fork not installed properly or just the shifter not in the right location.
