efi switch

I'm trying to find out if I can put my "74" 240ci carb. manifolds on an "86" 300ci efi motor. Any Ideas or suggestions.

I know for a fact that you can go the other way. I have transplanted a 78 long block into an 87 truck. Everything bolted up fine. Had a problem with the dipstick, but that is beside the point.

Oops, just noticed this was a 240. Can't say for sure. I did it on a 300. Cheers.
