Hellwig suspension helper

Have a 2019 f-350 platinum longbox wondering if anyone runs helper springs? Looking for some reviews from different products. Thanks

You haven't provided very much information as to what your end goal is, but I have some experience with different spring assist products on various vehicles. I have used Hellwig brand helpers before, and they certainly work, but make for a stiffer ride unloaded. I have also removed my spring stacks and added a leaf, that made a huge difference but also made for a stiff ride unloaded. On my current truck I put a set of air bags, and they are wonderful. They do not affect the unloaded ride at all. I think I spent somewhere around $350 for the kit. It's an AirLift 5000. It all depends on your budget and goal for the spring assist.
