Replaced the ICP and pigtail and IPR with FORD OEM
Truck idles then ICP values drop off and dies after about 3 minutes. Truck mildly surges at idle. I drive it down the road and values look normal but coming to a stop it dies like Key turned off.
EOT- 120 (Texas)
ICP ranges from 524 to 480psi before dropping off and dieing
ICP-v is between .06 and .084
IPR is 10.1%
Batterys @ 14.2v
EBP is 19.6psi
above values are recorded with Torque pro.
Engine oil is 15w40 and full
all other fluids are full
I can go plug my fuel bowl heater in right now in these temps and it will buck and stall without blowing the fuse. Shares the same circuit as PCM. Easy to and free thing to check

Like the key turned off means electrical. Start the truck and wiggle every single wire you can see under the hood. A short to ground in many circuits will kill the engine. The main ones being ICP harness, IPR harness, 42 pin connector harness (below and behind the square box), wiring harness over the driver side front shock. Don't forget battery cables and grounds too.
If you're 100% sure it only happens when you come to a stop, then check the wiring from and around the brake pedal too.
