Sluggish 3.7
When I accelerate normally (without punching it), it bogs down between 30 and 40 mph. Worse when it's hot outside. Almost seems like it's flooding. Tonight, I changed the evaporative purge valve, but that didn't seem to help. Ideas?

The IAT temp is high and its retarding the ignition timing, also caused by worn plugs.

But, wouldn't the IAT cause more of a cold problem? Or, is it an all the time problem?
