Door tag?

Door tag?
I found this attached to the inside of the door when I took the panel off the passenger side while redoing the weather stripping. What is this exactly? The OK tag for the whole truck door from the production floor? If so, is it common for many trucks to have them still?

I already had found the original window tag in the truck while working on it. I keep meaning to check under the seat and see if I can get lucky enough to find the production floor build sheet for it, but keep forgetting.

It looks like it's specific to the door assembly. I love finding old documentation, wish mine had more left.

Definitely so. So far I've found this (mostly still there) window sticker while working in the truck along with the door tag from this post that I'm curious whether it was there from Day 1 or not.

Now realizing that the window sticker has a 9/17/63 date on it coupled with the fact that the door OK tag says for use in August, I'm leaning towards believing that it truly is from the production floor from day 1, but hopefully someone on here can either confirm or deny that.

Here's the one for one of my 66 F250 4x4s. You can see it is very similar to the one on Marti's site.
Dealerships did sometimes do their own window stickers, too. Looks like maybe that's what you have there.
