Drop the pan. Same as lots of Ford transmissions ... like the 4R75 on my 2005 F-150. No drain plug. I actually replaced my F-150 4R75 pan with an aftermarket one with a plug. Because I was doing this, I drilled a small hole into the bottom of my factory pan. Made draining it pretty easy.
