New Injector O-Rings and blue smoke under load

So I replaced the o-rings about 200 miles ago and we start on a two week camping journey but the blue and black smoke is quite noticeable pulling the camper. Returned home to look around and did not find any thing of note other than a slue of codes: P1280, P0472, P0198, P1119 P1690, P0475. My gut feeling twas that this is a harness issue so looked closely at the 42-pin connect and reseated it. UVCH plugs reseated. No black on the fuel filter. There was some oil on the tail pipe within 20 miles of the o-ring job. I made sure to lube the new rings, tap all injectors till i hear a thud and torques the hold down bolts.

Not sure what to think at this point. I'm going to look at wiring a bit more. Any other ideas?

Thanks

Quite a few people have said "hot" torquing the injectors fixes those kinds of issues. After running engine, take the Valve covers off again(without burning yourself) and run the engine with the VC's off. Once up to operating temps, then retorque injector hold down bolts.

It is possible you rolled an o ring on install. A Cody test would let you rule out injector orings

pulled the valve covers

While the engine was warm, i pulled the covers, checked wires, and snugged up all the hold down bolts. Inspected the wires. The ICP sensor was loaded with oil and the connector was a bit flakey looking. All the earlier codes are gone.

Going to hit the road for 5 hours and find an ICP tomorrow.

Thanks for now

If you disconnect the ICP sensor it will run. If it's failing it will run better without it, if it's not failing it will run worse without it but either way it will run.
