Carli/Deaver add-a-pack

Ask and you shall receive. No gooseneck loaded pics, the backhoe tractor wouldn't wanna go up the ramps without a fight and it wasn't worth rolling the tractor over lol. I've never moved a backhoe before, it needed a nice low trailer that's for sure.
towing ride quality is definitely improved. With the added weight the add a pack is actually being used instead of just the OEM main leaves.

-__- google.com lololol
it seems to sag quicker but then stiffens up and stop sagging at that fast of a rate. which makes sense "progressive" lol

well leveling kit full leaf pack you can't run the carli long travel air bags. So there's that. You're stuck with normal air bags. As you know the full replacement pack reduces the bed capacity. I like them, but i feel they're worth around 5-600...not almost 900. Truck feels planted with the shocks and leaf pack though. Reminiscent of my titan when i added traction bars. Again, the nice part is when towing you're getting a better ride. It's not constantly engaging and bouncing off the one fat OEM overload leaf. Also hitting speed bumps and dips the back end doesn't rebound and send you to the moon. I really wanna get true 35's and air down and go for some desert trails and see how she boogies compared to my titan that was on full blown mid travel (uppers, lowers, coilovers)

Update: springs have broken in and i am now sitting about 1" MAX nose high (I installed the springs without the 2 spacers Carli has installed on their add-a-pack). I'll re install the provided Carli spring spacers once it cools down here in Phx. Truck still handles great on the bigger hits and when towing. Last night we moved 1300 milk cows to a new dairy for my brother, was just a 1 mile trip but we had anywhere from 10-15,000lbs of in the cattle trailers. Springs handled it great. Lots of sag from the heavy tongue weight of the trailer. last weekend we pulled the dump trailer with a diesel gator up north to the mountains for some trail rides, highway tows are MUCH smoother with these springs on.

Is your truck an F250 or 350? I am trying to decide if I want to throw these on my F350. How much higher will you be in the rear once you throw the spacers in? I don't want to be nose high. Ive got a 350, so even with the add a pack I think my leafs will still be stiff. I guess the main benefit would be not bouncing off the over load, but I never even hit it unloaded.
Doing a long tow this week, ill see how much the over load engages with my normal towing weight.
Thanks

i'm a 250. so you'd have one extra OEM spring vs what i have. yea 90% of your driving won't impact the overload. It's a tough justification but i really didn't wanna mess with a full leaf pack and the air bags, but i also wanted to improve the ride somewhere. And deleting the OEM block is always a benefit.
the spacers are 3/4" thick together. According to carli with their add-a-pack including the spacers you end up being 1/2" taller than stock. I didn't wanna be any higher due to the flat deck gooseneck already being nose high.
and yes it'll still be stiff. tire pressure and better shocks help control the judders at least though.
