Here's a link to your bed kit from Mac's. Figure in the exchange rate at $1.43AUD/$1USD ($3438), then add crating and shipping fees even to a US address, I'd say you did well.

I wonder if it's this one Abe , as the other one says it's unassembled and you need welding skills ?

Wow , you lucky bugger. Wish I would've scored that deal. Did you find that on Ebay.

There is only one component of this kit that requires welding...the rear sill. The welds do not have to be pretty as they are not visible but they should be strong or else the bed sides will bow and cause fitment issues with the tailgate. The header is designed to be bolted to the sides but I have found that structural adhesive works great on these seams if you don't want to see a number of screws at this seam.

Well there you go , I didn't realise the beds were welded at the back Charlie .
For some reason I thought they were bolted or held by the tailgate hinge screws .

I can't emphasize enough what Charlie said about welding the rear sill to the stake pockets and sides. That joint is all there is for the strength of the bed sides to hold themselves up. You need to make sure it is a strong weld or your bed will be floppy and fall apart.
