Add the two #s, divide by 2...LSA=112 degrees. I'm told SD likes 114.
my $0.02, unless it was a name brand cam off ebay, I wouldnt buy, you get it in and maybe it dont start, now what else went wrong, save your money another 2 weeks, and get what is suggested here, search for SD friendly cams, literally, thousands of post, and nobody had any complaints on flat tappet, or hydraulic cams listed, dont do the what if, or I like, if you want something else, other than what is suggested, be ready to fork out wheel barrels of $$$, and get totally disgusted with your truck, and want to sale it, you can put any cam in truck you want, just understand, the road your fixing to take isnt going to be easy
Thanks for the replies guys.. it just sucks that speed density cams and well cams for Fords are so expensive, just thought hey what the hell... but thanks again and oh by the way thanks for the math on the LSA
