So my 1967 F100 has working wipers. Has a working windshield washer pump motor as well.
What its missing is all the hoses from the pump motor to sprayers. And... there are no sprayers, or holes for sprayers anywhere that I can see. Where did the wiper sprayers mount on a 1967 F100?
My 67 F250 has no squirters, reservoir, plumping, or holes to install any nozzles. It wasn't meant to have them.
Not sure about the F100, but could the pump have been added by a PO?
There should be two holes in the cowl, right behind the hood that the squirters fit into and come up between the slots in the cowl.

Granted these aren't it, but similar:
My guess is maybe the washer was still an option back then? My '69 F100 has washers. My '67 F100 had them too. I know my '64 Galaxie doesn't have squirters.
my 67 had the external motor, bag long gone. replaced it with a 72 setup with the plastic tank and motor built in. had it from a parts truck
works good and everything in one unit. just a thought

1965/67 windshield washer parts. 1968/72 is notthe same!
This illustration is interesting ND. My 67 F100, built in Canada, does not have the nozzles in the hood as per the illustration, but rather in the face of the cowl as per my photos and similar to Freightrain's pictures. Do you think maybe different assembly plants had a different configuration?

Canada may have been different, or your truck has a dealer installed kit.
In 1967, the US Gov't mandated that light trucks had to have a left hand outside mirror, backup lamps, lap seat belts, heater/defroster, 2 speed windshield wipers and windshield washers as standard equipment.
But Canada may not have had any such requirements.
I am going a little off topic but your reply has got me curious. My truck, though built in Canada, was for the US market and sold to the first owner in March 1967 by a dealer in Springfield Ohio. It does have all the items that you listed, but interestingly enough the lap seat belts do not match the colour of the seat upholstery which is original. Do you think it possible that the seat belts could have been a dealer installation? I wonder if the Canadian assembly plant just used a different washer system?

What color are the belts, black? Black was used with all the seat upholstery colors on Standard Cabs, and these belts did not retract.
